Buying at Funkybox is simple. All you have to do is "Add to Cart" your favorite products from our Online Store. To finish the purchase process you must provide your shipping / billing information, and finally, choose the payment method that you like best between credit / debit card or Paypal. You will receive your order in 48 hours from when it leaves the warehouse if it is for the peninsula or Portugal, or in 72/96 hours for the rest of the shipping areas.
You must register as a professional shop to be able to acquire the special conditions for companies. In the ‘I’m a store’ section, you must enter the tax information of your business and, once they have been reviewed and after accepting your request, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that you can now access all our products with a special price reduced by logging in with a username and password for companies.
You can pay for your Funkybox purchases through Paypal or with a Visa/Mastercard credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway Redsys. If you have any questions about it, write to us at info@funky-box.com.
It´s not mandatory to register with Funkybox (except if you are a professional shop). If you want, you can make your purchase without registering. But we recommend that you subscribe to our website to be able to enjoy the advantages that we offer periodically, such as exclusive discounts for members and sending a newsletter with Funkybox news.

If you are a professional shop, we have a discount with special conditions throughout the year, so specific discounts for private clients are not applicable in this case.
Your order in Funkybox will be processed in 24 hours from the purchase, and approximately in 24/48 hours from the time it leaves the warehouse you will have it at the address provided (for the Peninsula and Portugal) If it´s for a shipping area outside of the above, you will receive the package in 72/96 hours.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery area. You will be informed of the price once you indicate the delivery address.
In the event of receiving a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by sending photos to the email: info@funky- box.com. Once the email with the damages has been studied, Funkybox will assume the costs of returning the product and undertakes to replace the product in 24/48 hours.
You have a period of up to 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make the return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To do this you must call us at +34 985 16 79 65 or send us an email at info@funky-box .com and request the collection in addition to paying the corresponding expenses that this generates. Funkybox will return the amounts received (except delivery costs) by credit within a period not exceeding 14 days, once the status of the products has been verified. The products subject to return must be delivered in correct condition. Returns of open or unsealed products will not be accepted except in the case of defects or defects.
